"If you are considering signing an insurance policy with Ms. Sima Mozaffari, please proceed with extreme caution and make sure to read the contract line by line yourself. Based on our personal experience, when you ask her to explain the policy, she focuses only on the positive aspects and does not clearly disclose important negative terms. Several years ago, she took advantage of our trust and personal relationship and encouraged us to purchase a life insurance policy through her. What she failed to disclose was that if we ever decided to cancel the policy, approximately 70% of the total amount paid up to that point would not be refunded. We only discovered this critical information after it was too late. This was a very costly and disappointing experience for us. I strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this agent not rely solely on verbal explanations, and instead carefully review all written terms or consult an independent professional before signing anything."
